01 · Scope

Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Hijri ANC — Pregnancy Due Date mobile application (the “App”), package name com.hijri.anc.obstetricswheel. It does not govern Google Play, this website, or other apps and services.

02 · Information

Information and processing

We do not collect personal or sensitive user data through the App. The dates, scores, and other values you enter are processed temporarily on your device to produce the result you request. They are not sent to us or stored on our servers.

The App does not:

• require an account, registration, or sign-in;
• collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, location, or health records;
• collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics;
• include third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs; or
• sell, rent, share, or use personal data for advertising or profiling.

Hijri ANC includes obstetric and calendar tools such as estimated due-date calculation, Apgar and Bishop scoring, and Hijri–Gregorian date conversion. These functions run locally on your device.

03 · Device storage

Local storage and permissions

The App may store limited, non-personal preferences on your device—for example, whether you have already viewed a “What’s New” notice. This information is used only to support the App’s interface and is not transmitted to us.

• The App does not request access to your camera, photos, microphone, contacts, calendar, or precise location.
• Calculation inputs are not saved as user profiles or medical records.
• You can remove locally stored preferences by clearing the App’s storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the App.

04 · External services

Google Play and external links

The App includes a link to the companion app, ObiCalc, on Google Play. When you choose that link, the App asks your device to open Google Play and includes a standard utm_source campaign label indicating that the visit came from Hijri ANC. The label does not contain information that identifies you.

Google Play and your device platform may independently process information such as device, account, purchase, or diagnostic data under their own terms. That processing is controlled by Google, not by Hijri ANC, and is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

05 · Retention

Retention, deletion, and security

Because the App does not collect or store your personal data on our systems, there is no personal App data for us to retain or delete. Information entered for a calculation exists temporarily on your device as needed to display the result.

You can clear local preferences using Android settings or remove them by uninstalling the App. No method of device or software security can be guaranteed absolutely, but limiting processing to the device reduces the amount of information exposed to transmission or remote storage.

06 · Children

Children’s privacy

The App is a clinical-support and educational utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users through the App.

07 · Store disclosure

Google Play Data safety

The App’s Google Play Data safety declaration is intended to state that the App does not collect or share user data. We review this Policy and the store disclosure when the App’s features or technology change so they remain consistent with the App’s actual behavior.

08 · Updates

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, applicable requirements, or our practices change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be reflected before the related App changes take effect where appropriate.
