ObiCalc is intended exclusively for qualified and licensed healthcare professionals. It is not intended for direct patient use or for the general public.
ObiCalc is a clinical decision-support and educational tool. It does not replace professional judgment, direct patient assessment, formal medical training, institutional protocols, or local clinical guidelines. You are responsible for verifying calculations before clinical use.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ObiCalc for your professional work. You must not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, copy protected content, or use it unlawfully.
Subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are described in the Payment Policy. Platform payment terms may also apply.
If you save patient records in ObiCalc, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable healthcare privacy laws, institutional policies, and professional confidentiality duties.
ObiCalc, including its design, branding, software, and original content, is owned by its operator or licensors. Clinical formulas and guideline references remain the property of their respective authors and organisations.
ObiCalc is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for clinical decisions, indirect damages, or losses arising from use of the app.
